| 内容記述 | 本研究では, 大学生158名(男性：37名；女性：121名)を対象に, ボランティア活動や地域への関心, 職業観,自己効力感等に関するオンライン調査を行った。研究Iでは, ボランティア活動への参加,学生の 住んでいる地域や大学周辺地域への関心にっいて調査'した。その結果, 学生は地域への関心は低いものの, 大学が地域と連携する必要性を感じていることが示された。 研究Ⅱでは, ボランティア活動における職業観が進路選択に対する自己効力と友人との葛藤解決効力感に及ぼす影響過程にっいて検討した。その結果, 職業観の「やりがい」や「経済的安定」は, 進路選択に対する自己効力を媒介し, 友人との葛藤解決効力感に有意な正の影響を及ぼしていた。また, 職業観の「人間関係」は, 直接, 友人との葛藤解決効力感に有意な 正の影響を及ぼしていた。職業選択において, 良好な人間関係を求めることは, 友人との葛藤を適切に解決できる効力感につながることが示された。 |

| 内容記述 | In this study, we conducted an online survey of 158 College students (male: 37; female:121) regarding volunteer activities, interest in the community, occupational views, and self-efficacy. In Study I, we investigated participation in volunteer activities and interest in the area where students live and the area around the College. The results showed that students were less interested in the community but felt the need for universities to collaborate with the community. In Study II, we examined the process of influence that occupational views in volunteer activities have on self-efficacy for career choices and the effectiveness of resolving conflicts with friends. Results showed that occupational views of "rewarding" and "economic stability" mediated self-efficacy for career choices and had a significant positive effect on the effectiveness of conflict resolution with friends. In addition, the occupational view of “human relations” had a significant positive effect on the effectiveness of resolving conflicts with friends. It was shown that seeking good relationships in career selection leads to the effectiveness of appropriately resolving conflicts with friends. |
