| 内容記述 | 保育現場の負担軽減を図るため,保育の周辺業務における保育現場と地域ボランティアとの連携の可能性を検討することを目的に,千葉市内公立保育所・私立保育所・小規模保育園を対象に,質問紙調査を行った。主な質問項目は保育の周辺業務に関する負担感や地域ボランティアへの依頼希望及びボランティア参加者に求める配慮についてである。分析の結果,公立保育所は私立保育所や小規模保育園より周辺業務への負担感が大きく,公立保育所と私立保育所は小規模保育園より地域ボランティアへの依頼希望が多かった。また地域ボランティア受け入れに際して,園はボランティア参加者に対し«園や子どもに関する情報の守秘»«衛生面・安全面の管理»等を重視していることが示された。さらに公立保育所では,地域ボランティアへの依頼について«経済的理由による難しさ»があることが示唆された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | To reduce the burden of services at childcare sites, a questionnaire was distributed to public and private childcare centers and small nursery schools in Chiba City to consider the possibility of cooperation between childcare sites and local volunteers regarding peripheral childcare services. The main questions were on the sense of burden associated with peripheral childcare services, the desire to request the aid of local volunteers, and considerations required of volunteer participants. The sense of burden of peripheral services was greater at public childcare centers than at private childcare centers and small nursery schools. Also, public and private childcare centers wished to request the aid of local volunteers more than small nursery schools. In addition, nursery schools placed emphasis on “the confidentiality of information on the school and children” and “hygiene and safety management” for volunteer participants, when accepting volunteers. Furthermore, the results suggested the existence of “difficulties due to financial reasons” as the main reason for the desire to request the aid of local volunteers at public childcare centers. |
