| 内容記述 | 本稿では，子育て支援のあり方と保育士養成の新たな役割や課題を探る目的で，２か所の大学内保育施設利用保護者を対象に，子育てと仕事，保育施設利用をめぐる親の意識，状況等に注目しアンケート調査を行った。その結果少数ではあるが，子育てについての強い不安や困難を感じている保護者が確実に存在している事実が明らかになった。また保護者の子育て環境は，親族による協力関係や保育所への期待等，二つの保育所間で異なる事実があった。子育て困難家庭の早期発見と適切な専門援助機関との連携の必要性や，「研究者による教育支援，育児支援」を望むニーズに対する大学の人的資源の活用も明らかになった。より実践的な保育士養成にあたっては，大学内保育施設の地理的利点を生かし，保育施設と大学教員による相互研修等の連携を進め，その過程を保育士養成とリンクさせていくことの必要性が示唆された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | A questionnaire survey was conducted to determine a desirable form of child-rearing support, a new role in the training of child-care providers and related issues. The survey covered parents using two child-care facilities situated on the university premises. The questions were designed to gather opinions on the relation between child-rearing and work, as well as that between child-care facilities and the parents’ current child-rearing situation. The results showed that a few parents suffer serious uncertainties and difficulties about child-rearing, and that the child-rearing conditions such as availability of help from family or relatives and the consequent reliance on facilities varied among the parents of the two facilities. In addition, it showed that it is necessary to find families having troubles in child-rearing at an early stage and receive help from appropriate professional organizations. Finally, it was found that the parents expect assistance from the university researchers in the education and rearing of their child. These findings suggest that, in order to provide more practical training of child-care providers, the universities having child-care facilities on their premises should make good use of the location and improve cooperation with the facilities, such as by operating a mutual training program with them and including it in their child-care provider course. | |||||
