| 内容記述 | 要旨：本研究の目的は保育者が子育て支援を主体的に実践することを可能にする有効な方法を明らかにすることである。そのために「保育」についての保育者の語りを質的に分析する試みをした。調査は保育者７名に半構造化インタビューを実施し，「複線径路・等至性アプローチ（TEA）」をもちいて分析をおこなった。 その結果，保育者の「保育」は広がりを伴って変容しており，変容のプロセスを４つに時期区分できた。この結果をもとに保育者が子育て支援の主体になるための有効な２つの方法とスーパーバイズの必要性を抽出した。まず、子どもを保育時間の範囲で捉えるのではなく，親や家庭など子どもの環境ごとに捉えられること、次に，子どもが育つことを、家庭の養育力に照らしながら保育の効果として保育者が捉え直すことができるようすること、そしてここに保育者を導くことである。 |

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to clarify effective independent practices for child-rearing. For this purpose, we tried qualitatively analyzing surveys of childcare workers regarding childcare. The survey involved semi-structured interviews of seven childcare workers and employed a double-track/optimal approach (TEA). Results showed the transformation of childcare to be spreading and that the transformation could be divided into four time-periods. Based on these findings, we determined two effective ways for childcare providers to support child-rearing. They stated that, firstly, that the childcare environment should not be limited to the nursery school, but also include the home and family. Secondly that clarifying this role for the family to and home environment could lead to better child growth, and less need for care on the part of the nursery school. |
