| 内容記述 | 教員（保育者）養成における専門性を高めるためにロール・プレイング（以下，Ｒ・Ｐと示す）の活用についてこれまで検証が行われてきた。しかし教員養成の授業で使うためには授業時間の保障や動きを伴う空間の確保などの課題が残っていた。そのため，通常の授業でＲ・Ｐを充分に活用できるように，これまで絵本を活用して物語作りをするＲ・Ｐ（以下，物語作りＲ・Ｐと示す）を考案し検証を重ねてきた。今回の研究では仲間や友人に関わる物語作りＲ・Ｐの効果を検証するため，活動を行った。その結果，親子関係のテーマ設定時と同様に，対等な関係性においても他者の心情に気づき，心理的役割の取得が得られた。さらに親子関係における課題とは異なり，肯定的な解決姿勢が見られた。困難な事態を変革する力の養成についてはまだ十分ではないが，その能力の養成の可能性が認められた。物語作りＲ・Ｐは基礎的な効果があることが確かめられた。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Role-playing （RP） is said to be effective for the purpose of enhancing the expertise of students in teacher training for early childhood education. However, it is difficult to introduce RP in a teacher training class in the original way. Therefore in order to fully take advantage of RP in a class, we have modified it. We call the modified RP Story Making RP （SMRP）. In this study, we confirmed the effect of SMRP with a theme of peer relationships on the acquisition of problem solving abilities. Compared to previous SMRPs with themes of child-parent relationship, students were able to gain awareness of the feelings of peers in the same way. As to their problem solving abilities, they seemed to experience more positive feelings compared to the previous SMRPs. Students became able to take their roles more actively in SMRP with the theme of peer relationship than in SMRP with the theme of child-parent relationships which might contain the heavier tasks. The result showed the potential effectiveness of SMRP with a theme of peer relationships for teacher training. |
