| 内容記述 | ピア・サポートは学生支援の有効な支援方策の1つとして，近年急速に広がっている。この調査報告では，まず，大学において平成28 年度より3 年間にわたり実践した4 つのピア・サポート活動（①ピア・サークル活動，②ピア・サポート公開講座，③生涯大学校におけるピア・サポート講習，④ピア・サポート実践報告会）について成果及び課題を挙げた。次に，4 つの活動の実践をふまえ，大学がもっている資源をより有効に活用することによって，ピア・サポート活動の地域展開全体に対して大学としてどのような貢献ができるかを考察した。その結果，3 つの視点から整理することができた。3つの視点とは学生による実践活動，教育/ 普及活動，団体間交流の促進である。今後，この3 つの視点がそれぞれに相互充実するためには，学内での学生支援にとどまらず，地域の社会資源や人的資源との連携協力が必要である。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | In recent years, peer support has spread rapidly as an effective student support measure. In this study, four peer support activities ( ① Peer Club Activities, ② Peer Support Extension Lectures, ③ Peer Support Lectures at Lifelong Learning Colleges, and ④ Peer Support Practice Meeting) were carried out at a university for a total of three years starting in 2016. We gave results and challenges Next, considering the practice of the four activities, we will examine what kind of contribution can be made to the university as a whole to the regional expansion of peer / support activities by utilizing the resources that the university has more effectively. As a result, it turned out that it can be arranged from three. perspectives. Three perspectives are practical student activities, educational dissemination activities, and promotion of interaction among groups. In order to mutually enhance each of these three perspectives in the future, partner-ships with local social and human resources, as well as campus student support, are necessary. |
