| 内容記述 | 教員（保育者）養成における専門性を高めるためにロール・プレイング（以下，Ｒ・Ｐと示す）の活用が求められている。しかし教員養成の授業で使うためには課題が残っていた。そのためにＲ・Ｐを充分に活用するために準備段階の方法を工夫してきた。その１つの試みとして，絵本を活用して物語作りをするときにＲ・Ｐをする方法を考案し，その効果を実際のＲ・Ｐと比較して検証した。仲間とともに役割を取りながら絵本の続きを考える活動を行った結果，他者や自分への気づきや，共感的なつながりが深まったことでお互いの立場を理解するといった自己成長の効果が得られた。それは実際のＲ・Ｐと類似した効果であった。その結果，Ｒ・Ｐを活かした物語作りが教員養成のために有効であると確かめられた。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | In order to enhance teacher quality, Role Playing originated by Moreno has recently been attracting attention in the field of teacher training for Early Childhood Education. But as it is difficult to introduce Role Playing in its complete form into a class, we created a new activity as a preparatory activity for Role Playing. It is a conversational activity of three students in which each one takes an assigned role and cooperates with other members in making a story by continuing an interrupted story from a picture book. We tried to confirm the effectiveness of the activity. As a result of having carried out the activity in our class, it promoted personal growth through self-awareness and understanding others’ feelings, deepened empathic relations with others, and mutual understanding of viewpoints. The effectiveness of the activity is similar to that of Role Playing. Therefore we regard it as worth introducing into the coursework for Early Childhood Education. | |||||
