| 内容記述 | 臨床現場で求められる理学療法士の問題解決能力を養成するために,通常の講義に加え,教育の手法をエ夫した。医療人であるべき姿について,入学後早期の見学実習で将来像を明確にし,自己意識を高めることを図る。知識学習では身体構造と運動学に関する講義に加え,体育実習,触診実習により健常の体の構造と仕組みの理解を高め,問題発見能力の基盤をつくる。疾患別の障害体験学習では,一日の生活の中で実施し, 機能障害と生活能力の関連性を理解させ,問題の分析能力を高める。学生の思考の連携性を可視化するため, マインドマップ手法を取り入れ多方面の問題解決方法を生み出す。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | We have devised the education method in addition to the regular lectures to nurture problem-solving skills re-quired for physical therapists in clinical practice. This method intends to enhance the self-awareness of the ideal way of medical personnel by clarifying the future vision though the training with observation. In addition to the lectures on physical structure and exercise, the knowledge study course is provided to create the foundation of problem-identification skills by understanding the healthy body structure and mechanism though physical educa-tion and palpation training. Also, one-day experience of disabilities in daily life is provided to understand dis-abilities by illness and the linkage between functional illness and abilities to live and to improve problem analysis skills. Furthermore, mind map method for visualizing the linkage of mind of the students is adopted to provide multiphase problem-solving methods. Implementation of the devised education method and the effects are de-scribed in this report. | |||||
