| 内容記述 | 保育者•教員養成課程における音楽科目は,実習,採用試験及びその後の音楽活動にまで影響を及ぼす重要教科である。にもかかわらず,学生にも教員にも副次的教科として捉えられがちである。本稿は,この重要な教科が,植草学園大学発達教育学部のカリキュラムの中の授業科目として適切に配置され,その指導法が効率よく機能しているかを検証するものである。現在,本学部に設置されているすべての音楽科目について,その目的,内容,評価方法等をシラバス,学生に対する授業評価アンケート及び学生からの個々の質問や要望等から検討し,さらに指導者側の授業評価報告書から現状を把握する。また同じ目的で音楽の授業を設定している他大学の状況を參照することで,本学における今後の音楽科目のより良い指導法が探求できるものと考える。養成課程における音楽は,あくまで将来学生が就くべき現場が必要とする能力や技術を身に付けるように考慮した内容であるべきで,採用試験の際,他大学の学生との実力差がでて不利益を被らないためにも効率の良い授業内容を組織すると共に,指導者側の質の向上を図る必要がある。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The music subject on teacher training courses is a crucial subject that makes an impact on their subsequent teaching practice, examinations, and even individual music activities. This subject, however, tends to be thought of as a subject of secondary importance both by students and teachers. This paper aims at investigating how this important subject was placed in the curriculum in the Faculty of Child Development and Education at Uekusa Gakuen University, and how teaching methods are applied effectively. It investigates the aims, contents, jading methods in all the syllabi, the class grading evaluated by students, and it also shows the current situation in the Faculty from teachers’ class evaluation reports. Also, by referring to the current situation at other universities sharing the same purposes as us with the subject of Music on their program, we can explore how our teaching methods might be improved from now on. Music subjects at teacher training courses should include components where students can acquire the abilities and skills they will need in their future workplaces. This is important to prepare the teachers correctly so that their students will not be disadvantages in their skills compared to students of other universities. |
