Research was conducted using a questionnaire distrib-uted to companies, schools and parents of people with disabilities. The authors compared the work environments, the attitudes of parents about work, state of health or disabilities, personalities and living habits, and analyzed the factors which are necessary for continuing with work over 5 years. The authors identified several factors as important.
