Regarding the proposal by the Ministry of Education,Culture,Sports Science and Technology, there is a state of confusion in elementary schools about the teaching of music appreciation in the music department.\n The field of appreciation is the part where it is easy to question whether the necessary elaborate lesson preparation has been carried out. Not only music structure and the performance form of work, but also background information such as epochal style, composition style, performance practice, music history, cultural history, art history, philosophy, and literature are domains which are connected with each other in a complex manner. Therefore, without having acquired the knowledge mentioned above teachers cannot instruct children about the precise words that they need for expressing themselves.
