 note = {本研究では,保育専門職を目指す学生が,養成校内の実習経験等により保育者へのイメージが変わり,保育者効力感が低下することがあることを受け,そもそも高校生が,保育職に対してどのようなイメージを持っているのかについて調査した。
その結果,保育士のイメージについては,個へのイメージは高いものの,社会的なイメージは低く抱いていること,保育職を希望している高校生のほうがより肯定的なイメージを抱いていることがボ唆された。また,高校生の職業選択については,先打研究がボすとおり自己実現を重視している傾向が高かったが,クラスにより若干の傾向の違いもうかがえる結果となった。, In this study, I asked some high school students the image of nursery school teachers.
