These Universities are to become at truly global Universities education leaders and advancing the frontiers of knowledge not only simply for the United States, but also for the entire world. The Universities offer sufficient finances to cover all the expenses (travel and living allowance) and stipend for research and \nstudy during the regular academic education and they also give a diverse exciting global environments in which study. \nFor all Japanese students, it is better to provide an opportunity to go abroad for study, for research or for an internship during his/her young year University experience in Japan.
