University","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10001_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本学の発達支援教育学科は３つの課程から成る。小学校・特別支援学校・幼児保育課程（以下，幼保課程）である。筆者らは保育者養成である幼保課程に所属する本学教員であり，且つ平成27年度１学年の担任であった。その際に初年次教育の一環として学生全員に子育て支援センター体験学修を実施した。\n本研究は平成27年度初年次教育の一環として実施した子育て支援センターの体験学修について，その成果と課題を報告するものである。成果として，学生は保育士から子育て支援の場に特有の保育士の専門性《子どもと保護者が共に利用する場での援助》に気づいていることが示唆された。対人援助職をめざす初年次教育において，役割期待に縛られない自己で，まっすぐに対象者と向き合う相互作用の感覚を養っておくことは重要なことである。今後の課題としては，体験時間の少なさ，事後指導の不十分さ，カリキュラム上の一貫性と連続性をもった位置づけが挙げられた。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"The Uekusa Gakuen University Faculty of Child Development and Education consists of three courses.\nThese are Elementary School Education, Special Needs Education and Child Care.\nWe are teachers of the Child Care course, and were in charge of the first grade in 2015.\nOn this occasion, we carried out the students’ first practical training at a child care support center.\nThis study reports results and issues from this experience.\nIt was suggested that the students were able to get a sense of the special elements of being a daycare worker [when helping at a place where children and parents are together]\nIn the first year practical training for jobs which require helping others, it is an important thing to develop one’s sense of interaction by facingstraight at a person without feeling restricted by one’s role.\nLack of the experience-based time, a shortage of subsequent instruction or consistency, and imperfect curriculum were all raised as topics for future
