 note = {本稿では,異年齢保育の教育的意義を探るため,30年以上異年齢保育の形態を続けている,千莱市の公立保育所に勤務する保育者を对象に質問紙調査を行った結果について報告する。結果では,先行文献で示唆されている異年齢保育を受けている子どもの教育的意義について,保育者自身も経験的に冋様の意義を感じていることが明らかとなった。また,異年齢保育を展開する上では,難しさを感じる保育者が多いが,その内容については,保育所保育指針が示す保育の質の向上に関する内容と多くが合致した。, This study reports the results of a questionnaire directed at the child-care workers in Chiba City, to find the educational benefits of multiage classroom. Chiba City has been offering multiage classrooms for the past thirty years. As a result, the child-care workers found the educational significance pointed out in the earlier literature.
